Bill Styczynski

ARCHITECT & PRESIDENT, STUDIO21 ARCHITECTS

The company's founder and president, Bill Styczynski, is active in all aspects of the design process, as well as the management of the firm. He began Studio21 Architects in 1980 after finishing his architecture degree at the University of Illinois, Chicago. In addition to a strong passion for high-quality design, Bill also believes in the power of creating strong relationships between client and architect, and he runs the firm with that philosophy at the forefront. A big believer in delivering a customized experience, he has also worked as a contractor for almost 20 years as one half of our Design+Build service. When he's not at work, Bill is an avid racing fan and participates in Formula Vee races all over the country.

GREGG Stahr

ARCHITECT

Gregg is an accomplished architect with over 20 years of experience in the field. He joined Studio21 Architects as an intern, and in the time since, he has worked on a wide variety of projects and developed a niche in residential design. Working directly with homeowners is his favorite part of his role, as he creates designs with a lasting positive impact on his clients' lives.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Paige joined the firm as our Construction Manager in 2022. In this role, she leads the construction progress of our Design+Build projects to ensure quality work is delivered on schedule. When she’s not on-site, Paige oversees bids and pricing for our Design+Build projects, so she is fully integrated into our clients’ projects and their goals, advocating for the homeowners at every step of the way.

OFFICE MANAGER

Erica may be the newest member of the Studio21 Architects team, but she has fast become a crucial part of it. She leads the administration of both our architecture and Design+Build work, ensuring efficiency and good communication. With many years of experience, Erica runs a tight ship, and the whole team appreciates it!

beck luthringshausen

ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER

Beck’s role at Studio21 Architects goes beyond drafting plans using software such as Revit and AutoCAD; it also includes site documentation, field scanning, and creating 3D renderings for our projects. Graduating with his Master of Architecture from the I.I.T. in 2025, Beck plans to gain licensure and become an architect in his own right.

EMMA HALLIDAY

MARKETING MANAGER

Emma is responsible for all of the firm's marketing, including writing and photographing our Studio Pages newsletter. Over time, her role has expanded to include serving as a helpful point of contact for current and prospective clients, answering questions, scheduling, and simply being there to help! She loves being even a small part of helping our clients feel confident and comfortable on their project journeys.
