BILL STYCZYNSKIARCHITECT & PRESIDENT, STUDIO21 ARCHITECTS
The company's founder and president, Bill Styczynski, is active in all aspects of the design process as well as the management of the firm. He began Studio21 Architects in 1980 after finishing his architecture degree at University of Illinois-Chicago. In addition to a strong passion for high-quality design, Bill also believes in the power of creating strong relationships between client and architect, and runs the firm with that philosophy at the forefront. When he's not at work, Bill is an avid racing fan and participates in Formula Vee races all over the country.

GREGG Stahr
ARCHITECT
Gregg is an accomplished architect with over twenty years of experience in the industry. He joined the firm as an intern in 2002, and upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, Gregg joined Studio21 Architects full-time. He received his masters in 2008 from the University of Illinois-Chicago. Gregg has a variety of different project types in his portfolio, including residential projects, commercial build-outs, and multifamily developments. He enjoys working alongside clients to create the best possible design for their needs and goals.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER
Paige joined Studio21 Architects in 2022, to head the construction side of our Design+Build service. As the Construction Manager, Paige is onsite for all Design+Build projects, ensuring that construction moves smoothly and punctually. Paige is there for all of our Design+Build clients to guide them through the Construction Phase, as well as manages each subcontractor to ensure that the design translates expertly into reality.

PROJECT MANAGER
As one of our newest team members, Kim joined the firm in 2023 as Project Manager. In her role, Kim has a wide range of responsibilities; she has a hand in everything from the design, to construction documents, and 3D modeling of projects. Kim has thirty years of experience in the industry. In this role, she enjoys solving the puzzles of each project's design, to expertly blend the technical parameters of a project with the personal goals and styles of her clients.
Beck L.
ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTER
Beck joined the firm as an Architectural Drafter in 2024. He completed his Masters in Architecture at Illinois Institute of Technology and plans to get his license in architecture in the very near future. At Studio21 Architects, he works with the team to draft construction documents and plays a crucial role in the work behind our Design Discovery Review service. Beck also takes the lead in creating 3D renderings for our projects.

OFFICE MANAGER
Erica is the newest member of the Studio21 Architects team, starting in her role as Office Manager in 2025. She has many years of experience in management, and Erica is the force that keeps the administrative side of our projects efficient, effective, and communicative! Her role is a multifaceted one, working on the architecture-only side, as well as the administrative side of our Design+Build service.
EMMA H.
MARKETING MANAGER
As Marketing Manager at Studio21 Architects, Emma manages all of the marketing materials for our firm, including our social media platforms and website. She also has some design responsibilities of her own, in the form of creating our informational materials and bimonthly newsletter. She enjoys the artistic side of this role, but ultimately loves the interaction she makes with potential clients at the start of their design journeys.
TESS K.
BOOKKEEPER
Tess is Studio21 Architects' longest standing employee, joining the firm in 1998. Her primary role at the firm is to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently, having a hand in everything from timekeeping to financials. Although she is part-time now, Tess works alongside Erica to manage all of the firm's payroll and records, and she has been one of the fundamental pieces that has brought Studio21 Architects to the level it is at today.
